•ISI Service Dept., managed by Mr. Ofer Machluf, is responsible for the repair and maintenance of all instruments sold by the Analytical Division.
•The Service Dept. is staffed by qualified engineers who are experts in their fields; They regularly participate in advanced training by the manufacturers to keep their knowledge up to date.
•The engineers are responsible for the smooth and trouble-free functioning of each device from its installation onward.
•Our services include the installation of instruments, instrument testing, and completion of the IQ (Installation Qualification) and OQ (Operation Qualification) documents.
