NanoRam


The NanoRam is a state-of-the-art handheld 1064 nm Raman instrument for non-destructive identification and verification of incoming raw materials including APIs, excipients, and intermediates. The 1064 nm excitation wavelength minimizes fluorescence interference, enabling analysis of colored, fluorescent, and challenging sample matrices that are difficult for conventional 785 nm Raman systems. The instrument complies with pharmacopeial requirements (USP, EP, JP) and supports 21 CFR Part 11 for pharmaceutical quality assurance applications. Its through-container analysis capability enables rapid verification without opening packaging, maintaining sample integrity and reducing contamination risk.
